The Great Dixter fork was designed by Christopher Lloyd, an English writer and owner of The Great Dixter. Thanks to its compact shape, this fork makes it possible to work the soil amongst the plants in densely planted borders. The middle tine of the fork is slightly longer than the outer tines, allowing the fork to be rotated around this tine so that compost and self-sown plants are distributed more effectively. The 125cm ash wood handle ensures that you can carry out all this work whilst standing.
