Tijdens het de trekbeweging haalt u de aarde uit elkaar waardoor de beluchting verbeterd en tijdens de duwbeweging verkruimelt u deze losgemaakte aarde. De handcultivator is verkrijgbaar in meerdere uitvoeringen met één, twee, of drie tanden. De handcultivator is verkrijgbaar met een heft van essen- of kersenhout van verschillende lengtes.
